Kitchen Sundays - Easter Brunch





Easter Brunch with the fam this morning.

I made this quiche, a hash-brown casserole and 90-minute cinnamon buns. I'll be posting those recipes soon!

This quiche is extra simple because it has a potato crust and you can put whatever you like in it. I topped this one with some asparagus and cherry toms and had thyme, mushroom & onions on the inside. I should have added garlic-next time!

I'm still full from brunch and supper is in an hour and a half!
